More Good Times at PNY Invite

In their last meet of 2013, twenty eight GPAC swimmers from the White, Blue, Senior Blue and Green groups dropped more time at the PNY Holiday Invitational held in Gulf Shores, AL December 7-8.

Seven-year-old Braedan Jacobs was the most outstanding swimmer for GPAC. He swam life-best times in all eight of his individual events, and grabbed first place in six of the events. He also posted a new ‘B’ time is his 50-yd backstroke.  Korbin Menser, 8, posted four out of five individual wins as well, and Justin Durham, 11, posted all best times in his events

For the girls, Belle McNally, 7, grabbed three individual wins and posted best times in all four of her individual events. Amelia Hoitt, 8, was close behind, posting eight out of nine best times and winning three individual events. Amy Brown, 14 won four individual events.

GPAC had several other swimmers win individual events at the meet: Jacob Bell, 11 (50 Fr, 50 Br), Sydney Dodson, 10 (50 Br, 100 IM), Chloe Hansen, 13 (200 Bk), Genna Hoitt, 12 (50, 100 Fly, 100 Br), Cannon Hutchens, 12 (100 Bk), Izzy Kent, 11 (50, 100 Bk, 200 IM), Bryson Lee, 11 (50 Bk), Malia Ludwick, 9 (100 Fly), Anna Marks, 11 (50 Bk), Sarah Marks, 9 (50 Bk, 50 Fr), Grace McNally, 9 (100 Fr), Kobi Menser, 10 (100 Bk, 100 Br), Mackenzie O’keefe, 6 (25 Br), Adrianna Rivera, 10 (50 Bk, 50 Br), Alex Smith, 13 (100 Fr), Shelby Smith, 7 (25 Fr, 25 Fly), Anna Van Wormer, 10 (50 Fly, 100 Br), Grayson Walter, 15 (50, 100 Fr), Hannah Ward, 12 (50 Fr).

Along with their individual event wins, GPAC achieved many new motivational times at the meet:
