GPAC hosted the annual GPAC Gravy Bowl Invitational on the weekend of November 21st-23^rd. GPAC had a total of 129 swimmers attend our invitational and 128 GPAC swimmers achieving at least 1 New Best Time! Overall, GPAC had a total of 583 Best Times out of 785 Swims, coming out to 74% Best Times for GPAC as a whole! 

Congratulations to Justin Washburn 14, and Lauren Armstrong 18, for winning High Point! Justin Washburn, 14, won the men’s 13-14 400 IM, 200 Fly, 100 Fly and 1650 FR and scored 112 points for the team. Lauren Armstrong, 18, won the women’s 15 and over 200 FR and 1650 FR scoring 112 points for the team.
