GPAC Suspension & Cancellation
If you need to place your GPAC account on hold or permanently cancel your membership at any time, please follow the steps below to ensure your request is processed correctly.
Account Suspension:
For any type of temporary hold—whether due to injury, travel, schedule conflicts, or personal reasons—please submit the Suspension Request Form. Your account will remain inactive until you notify us that you are ready to return. Please note your swimmer is not allowed to attend practice or swim meets after the account is suspended. Swimmer must request re-instatement before allowed to return to swim.
Account Cancellation:
If you choose to withdraw from GPAC entirely, please complete the Cancellation Request Form. Once processed, your account will be fully closed, and you will need to complete the Returning Swimmer application before being allowed to return to swim. Please note your swimmer is not allowed to attend practice or swim meets after the account has been cancelled.
Returning to Swim:
When you are ready to resume participation after a suspension or cancellation, please complete the Reinstatement Form. All returning athletes will incur a $25 re-registration fee, which must be paid before the account is reactivated. Please note your swimmer is not allowed to return to swim until the account has been reinstated and you have received confirmation from the team admin that you are able to return.
If you need assistance with any part of this process, please contact GPAC staff at gpacoffice@gmail.com
